Job Title: Language & AI Voice Evaluator


Job Type: One-time Project, Paid-Per-Task

Job Summary:

Join our internal team as a Language & AI Voice Evaluator and play a pivotal role in enhancing the next generation of AI conversational technologies. In this one-time expert project, you will leverage your linguistic expertise and previous evaluation experience to train state-of-the-art AI models. Utilize your vocal analysis skills to ensure AI voice interfaces are natural, engaging, and effective for real-world users.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the quality, naturalness, and clarity of AI-generated speech across various scenarios.
  2. Provide detailed and objective feedback to improve AI voice and language performance.
  3. Evaluate user experience by simulating real-world conversations with AI systems.
  4. Document findings with precision, highlighting both strengths and improvement areas.
  5. Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to communicate key insights.
  6. Apply industry best practices in language evaluation to deliver high-quality results.
  7. Support the training and refinement of AI models based on your expert assessments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in active listening and vocal analysis, especially in AI and language evaluations.
  2. Strong, objective reporting skills for clear and actionable feedback.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to articulate nuanced observations.
  4. Previous experience evaluating language technology or AI voice products.
  5. Native-level proficiency in at least one language, with a keen ear for natural expression.
  6. Ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in human-computer interaction or user experience (UX) research.
  2. Background in linguistics, phonetics, or speech technology.
  3. Familiarity with AI model training or data annotation processes.
