Job Summary: As a Operations Analyst (Google Workspace), you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows leveraging Google Workspace tools to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to identify process improvements and enhance collaboration within Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Provide detailed feedback and structured input to support AI training projects, ensuring high-quality data and real-world relevance.
- Document procedures and best practices, maintaining clear and concise communication across all operational initiatives.
- Conduct audits of data and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support ongoing operations and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools.
- Contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workflows and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative, distributed team.
