Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine technical documentation and training materials that relate directly to energy industry operations.
- Design and implement evaluation rubrics based on authentic workflows utilized by professionals in energy analysis, utilities, grid operations, and sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts—such as energy analysts, electrical engineers, field technicians, and grid operations teams—to capture nuanced workflow steps and quality criteria.
- Ensure all generated content meets rigorous standards for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to current energy sector practices.
- Continuously assess and improve AI training data to support model performance in real-world energy settings.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to share insights, document processes, and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay current with industry advancements and integrate emerging best practices into documentation and evaluation assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in energy operations, utilities, sustainability, or engineering roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to create structured rubrics or metrics for evaluating complex processes or outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in translating technical workflows into clear, actionable training or evaluation materials.
- Experience working with or alongside energy analysts, electrical engineers, field technicians, or grid operations teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior involvement in AI projects or data annotation within the energy sector.
- Advanced degree in engineering, energy systems, or a related technical field.
