Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Training and Development Specialist – AI Trainer and help shape the future of artificial intelligence. You will leverage your expertise in training, instructional design, and communication to enhance the accuracy and quality of datasets that train next-generation AI models. This fully remote, part-time role is an exciting opportunity to translate your real-world experience in health care, social services, or business training into impactful innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated instructional or procedural content, drawing on your subject matter expertise.
  • Write or revise clear, structured training materials, manuals, and guidance prompts tailored to real-world professional standards.
  • Identify inaccuracies or ambiguities in AI outputs, applying rigorous training principles to suggest actionable improvements.
  • Provide thorough, constructive feedback to enhance how AI models interpret and simulate human learning and expertise.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and cross-functional project teams to refine data quality guidelines and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of high-quality data for AI training, ensuring clarity and instructional value.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while working independently in a flexible, remote environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in training and development, learning design, or staff development within health care, social assistance, or business domains.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear, effective written and verbal expression.
  • Proven ability to create, evaluate, or adapt procedural or instructional content for adult learners.
  • Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, onboarding, and professional development frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following structured quality guidelines.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote setting.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing or assessing training content, SOPs, or certification materials.
  • Background in online training delivery, instructional design, or HR development.
  • Genuine interest in AI and human-computer interaction (no prior AI expertise required; comprehensive training provided).
