Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live, 1-hour technical interviews emphasizing algorithmic problem-solving with TypeScript.
- Evaluate and document participant performance, focusing on logic, syntax, and code optimization strategies.
- Precisely classify sessions into difficulty tiers based on proficiency with data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming.
- Deliver detailed written "trajectories" outlining problem-solving approaches, successes, and error analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the AI training team, providing actionable feedback that enhances model learning.
- Maintain high standards for both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity in technical explanations.
- Adhere to structured evaluation protocols and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive, production-level mastery of TypeScript and advanced software engineering practices.
- Ability to independently solve and clearly explain solutions to LeetCode Hard-level algorithm problems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to articulate complex technical trade-offs and critical thinking around problem-solving processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and conducting technical interviews or code evaluations.
- Familiarity with AI training, model evaluation, or related research environments.
