Job Title: Compensation & Benefits AI Trainer

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, contract

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic customer’s team as a Compensation & Benefits AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI models. You will leverage deep compensation knowledge and outstanding communication skills to train and refine AI systems, ensuring they deliver accurate, ethical, and practical insights for real-world compensation and benefits challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop high-quality training data and provide expert feedback to improve AI understanding of compensation and benefits concepts.
  2. Design and simulate compensation modeling scenarios, including salary structures, pay bands, and incentive plans.
  3. Curate and validate market benchmarking data to enhance AI models’ ability to assess competitive pay practices.
  4. Ensure all content aligns with regulatory compliance standards across local and international labor laws.
  5. Translate complex benefits administration processes—health plans, retirement programs, and leave policies—into structured training modules for AI systems.
  6. Collaborate closely with AI developers, HR professionals, and stakeholders to refine training approaches and address evolving industry needs.
  7. Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication to document processes and provide actionable feedback.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in compensation modeling, including designing salary structures, pay grades, and incentive frameworks.
  2. Strong expertise in market benchmarking and the ability to interpret industry data for equity and competitiveness.
  3. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, with exposure to both local and international labor laws.
  4. Hands-on experience in benefits administration across diverse programs and total rewards.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to clarity and detail.
  6. Demonstrated ability to translate complex HR concepts into structured formats for AI or digital systems.
  7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote and collaborative team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience working directly with AI systems or digital HR solutions.
  2. Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, or SHRM are highly advantageous.
  3. Exposure to global compensation and benefits best practices.
