Job Title: STEM / Engineering Specialist

Job Type: Contractor/Part-Time

Location: Remote


Job Summary


In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze complex engineering problems and provide structured, technically accurate solutions.
  2. Evaluate technical documentation, system designs, and engineering workflows for accuracy and consistency.
  3. Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret quantitative and technical data.
  4. Review engineering calculations, simulations, and models across real-world technical scenarios.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and technical evaluation standards.
  6. Prepare clear written explanations of engineering concepts and technical reasoning.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within technical workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Strong expertise in engineering principles, technical systems, or STEM-related disciplines.
  2. Exceptional analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
  3. High attention to detail and accuracy in technical analysis.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience working with technical tools, programming languages, or engineering software.
  6. Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications


  1. Experience working with distributed or remote technical teams.
  2. Prior involvement in technical research, system optimization, or engineering process improvement initiatives.
