As a key member, you’ll demonstrate deep expertise in OpenShot, showcasing your editing process while maintaining a high standard of organization and creative problem-solving throughout every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble video projects from start to finish using OpenShot, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively while demonstrating your real-time editing workflow inside the software for educational and process optimization purposes.
- Organize and manage video assets efficiently, maintaining structured timelines and logical project folders.
- Apply advanced transitions, effects, and audio enhancements within OpenShot to elevate production value.
- Export completed projects in various formats and specifications as required by the customer’s team.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and share insights on best practices for OpenShot-driven post-production.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates and clear written feedback to streamline project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise and regular working experience with OpenShot Video Editor.
- Exceptional video editing skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficiency in structured timeline management and asset organization within OpenShot.
- Solid understanding of post-production workflows, including color correction, audio editing, and export optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clear, constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting the customer’s team objectives.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in creating tutorial content or documentation based on editing workflows.
- Background in collaborative remote video teams or client-facing post-production projects.
