Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage SAP ABAP development activities for enhancements, project delivery, and ongoing support from our offshore team; occasional onshore work may be required depending on project scope.
2. Work in close partnership with functional consultants, solution engineers, and experts to resolve issues and ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
3. Oversee delivery timelines, scope, and quality for assigned workstreams, reporting to the Offshore Senior Manager/Associate Director.
4. Contribute to requirement analysis, estimation, design, build, and test phases for SAP BTP developments.
5. Engage in RFPs, technical architect discussions, and client-facing solution design meetings, providing best practice recommendations.
6. Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and promoting a culture of innovation.
7. Drive value-add initiatives and participate in innovation efforts to enhance client and organizational outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP ABAP Development on HANA, including ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, and ATC.
2. Proven experience in S/4HANA WRICEF Implementation, S/4HANA conversions, and custom code remediation with a clean core mindset.
3. Demonstrated success in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and hands-on developer extensibility (Embedded Steampunk).
4. In-depth knowledge of open standards such as Cloud Foundry, and proficiency in core ABAP RICEFW.
5. Strong solution design capabilities with experience in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and leading client engagements.
6. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at collaborating with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
7. Track record of managing development teams and working independently to deliver high-impact results.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in pre-sales activities and leading client workshops.
2. Comprehensive understanding of SAP functional processes and latest SAP technology trends.
3. Familiarity with managing requirement scope and development in dynamic client environments.
