Job Title: Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) – Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary

In this highly specialized role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and compassionate communication skills to provide evidence-based psychological care in a supportive, remote environment. Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate grief, trauma, and bereavement-related challenges.
  2. Deliver individualized psychotherapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other best-practice modalities for grief support.
  3. Administer and interpret psychological tests to inform treatment planning and client progress.
  4. Develop and execute tailored care plans, monitoring client outcomes and adjusting interventions as needed.
  5. Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to optimize holistic client care.
  7. Stay current with research, integrating emergent findings and evidence-based practices into treatment strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  2. State licensure in good standing with the relevant board of psychology.
  3. Expertise in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and psychological testing.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and grief intervention techniques.
  5. Strong command of research methods and their application to clinical work.
  6. Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and clarity.
  7. Experience working remotely and managing confidential client interactions in a virtual setting.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proven experience specializing in grief and bereavement treatment.
  2. Familiarity with reinforcement learning from human feedback to inform clinical practice or program development.
  3. Additional certifications or training in trauma-informed care.
