Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive rubrics rooted in psychological theory to evaluate AI performance in well-being contexts.
- Leverage field experience to train AI models in identifying and addressing mental wellness topics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate clinical best practices into actionable guidance for AI systems.
- Assess output from AI models for accuracy, sensitivity, and alignment with ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's, PhD, or Psy.D in psychology from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in the field of psychology, with a strong understanding of mental health principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly attentive to clarity and tone.
- Ability to synthesize complex psychological frameworks into practical applications for AI training.
- Familiarity with ethical considerations in both clinical and technological contexts.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving mental health outcomes through innovation.
- Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment.
