Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Well-Being Psychologist AI Trainer and play a pivotal role at the intersection of psychology and artificial intelligence. Use your expertise to design robust evaluation rubrics and directly shape the development of cutting-edge AI models that support mental health and well-being. Your insights will ensure that AI-powered solutions are accurate, empathetic, and genuinely helpful.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive rubrics rooted in psychological theory to evaluate AI performance in well-being contexts.
  2. Leverage field experience to train AI models in identifying and addressing mental wellness topics.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate clinical best practices into actionable guidance for AI systems.
  4. Assess output from AI models for accuracy, sensitivity, and alignment with ethical standards.
  5. Iterate on training protocols based on data-driven insights and feedback to enhance model empathy and efficacy.
  6. Document processes and findings to contribute to the continuous improvement of AI training strategies.
  7. Communicate complex psychological concepts clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Master's, PhD, or Psy.D in psychology from an accredited institution.
  2. Proven experience in the field of psychology, with a strong understanding of mental health principles.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly attentive to clarity and tone.
  4. Ability to synthesize complex psychological frameworks into practical applications for AI training.
  5. Familiarity with ethical considerations in both clinical and technological contexts.
  6. Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving mental health outcomes through innovation.
  7. Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Conducted research or published in areas such as happiness, purpose, resilience, or psychological strengths.
