Job Summary:

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing audits, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with precision and clarity.
2. Ensure ongoing compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and all regulatory requirements.
3. Manage the end-to-end audit process and serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors.
4. Lead tax planning efforts, oversee returns and filings for corporate, income, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
5. Monitor and report on cash flow, expenditures, and overall financial performance.
6. Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic planning and business decisions.
7. Supervise, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accuracy.
8. Maintain comprehensive and organized financial documentation in line with best practices.
9. Support management with risk assessment, cost control, and profitability enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Certified/Chartered Accountant credential (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or audit experience.
4. Thorough understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
5. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
6. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities—essential for team collaboration and reporting.
8. Demonstrated integrity and a strong ethical approach to financial management.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience supervising or training accounting teams.
2. Background in a multinational or diverse business environment.
3. Knowledge of risk management and cost optimization strategies.
