Job Title: Manufacturing / Industrial Specialist

Job Type: Contractor/Part-Time

Job Summary


In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Analyze manufacturing workflows, production processes, and industrial operations.
  2. Evaluate operational efficiency, quality control standards, and safety procedures.
  3. Interpret technical documentation and production-related data.
  4. Prepare structured reports and communicate operational findings clearly.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  6. Identify opportunities for operational optimization and process improvements.
  7. Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all operational evaluations.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial operations, or production environments.
  2. Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and process optimization.
  3. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  7. High attention to detail and operational accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications


  1. Experience working with industrial operations or production management teams.
  2. Prior involvement in Lean, Six Sigma, or operational improvement initiatives.
