Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing workflows, production processes, and industrial operations.
- Evaluate operational efficiency, quality control standards, and safety procedures.
- Interpret technical documentation and production-related data.
- Prepare structured reports and communicate operational findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for operational optimization and process improvements.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all operational evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial operations, or production environments.
- Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and process optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
