Job Summary

Join our team as a SAP MDM (Data Migration) Consultant and play a pivotal role in complex SAP S/4 data migration projects. You will leverage your expertise in SAP MDM and cutting-edge data migration tools, collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of medium complexity SAP data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and project success.
2. Create, manage, and optimize jobs, workflows, and data flows in SAP BODS, including the creation and refresh of source and target tables.
3. Utilize data migration tools such as IDOC, LSMW, LTMC, and BAPI to support efficient and accurate data transfers.
4. Prepare and execute data refreshes for SAP tables prior to mock and integration testing loads.
5. Drive discussions and collaborate proactively with global counterparts, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project phases.
6. Generate comprehensive pre-load and post-load reports, comparing legacy and SAP data for accuracy and compliance.
7. Interpret and implement business rules for data mapping and transformation within SAP BODS.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience in end-to-end SAP MDM data migration implementation projects.
2. Hands-on proficiency in SAP BODS, Data Integrator, and Platform transforms.
3. Advanced skills with LTMC and BAPI, with the ability to configure and implement complex data mapping and transformation rules.
4. Strong technical knowledge of IDOC, LSMW, and data migration processes within SAP S/4 environments.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with cross-geography teams.
6. Demonstrated ability to provide detailed data load reports and conduct data refresh activities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Practical experience working with LSMW and LTMOM in SAP data migration scenarios.
2. Exposure to multi-phase SAP migration projects with global team collaboration.
