You will diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders using advanced psychotherapeutic and family systems approaches, working collaboratively within a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose cognitive, affective, or behavioral mental health conditions within the context of marriage and family dynamics.
  2. Apply evidence-based psychotherapeutic and family systems techniques to counsel individuals, couples, and families.
  3. Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
  4. Maintain clear, empathetic, and effective communication with clients, including both written documentation and verbal feedback.
  5. Utilize active listening and social perceptiveness to build trust and foster positive therapeutic relationships.
  6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals as needed to ensure holistic client care.
  7. Commit to ongoing learning and application of new therapeutic strategies and theories.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience counseling over 100 clients and managing your own clinical practice.
  2. Expertise in active listening, complex problem solving, social perceptiveness, and negotiation.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage clients and document care accurately.
  4. Proficiency in judgment, decision making, and critical thinking within a family systems context.
  5. Strong service orientation and time management skills.
  6. Skilled in reading comprehension and the clear articulation of complex therapeutic concepts.
  7. Proven record of client satisfaction, including awards and public recognition.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Published client testimonials or evidence of high client satisfaction scores.
  2. Professional awards or public recognition in the field of marriage and family therapy.
  3. Advanced training in specific psychotherapeutic modalities or family systems theories.
