Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Engineer with deep expertise in Ngspice to join our customer's team. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in developing advanced hardware simulation models for AI training applications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and optimize electronic circuit simulations using Ngspice for AI training workflows.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate hardware requirements into robust simulation models.
- Create comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility of simulation processes.
- Contribute technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to validation and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic circuits and simulation scripts efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electronic simulation methodologies and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to interdisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven hands-on expertise in Ngspice and electronic circuit simulation.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, and optimizing simulation models for complex electronic systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Ngspice models into AI or machine learning pipelines.
- Background in hardware validation for AI applications or large-scale simulations.
- Knowledge of additional circuit simulation tools or scripting languages.
