  • Lead the enterprise sales process, cultivating strong customer relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for SaaS solutions, leveraging insights from market trends.
  • Manage and mentor the internal sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to monitor pipeline health and optimize account management practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine go-to-market plans and product positioning.
  • Provide actionable feedback to continuously enhance the customer journey and product offerings.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B and enterprise sales, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
  • Expertise in inbound sales methodologies and CRM-driven account management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Hubspot CRM.
  • Experience with human data management solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and lead remotely distributed teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, growth mindset.
