Job Title: D365FO Technical Developer


Location: On-site, Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative D365FO Technical Developer to join our team in Riyadh. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, collaborating closely in an asynchronous, written-first communication culture. Your technical expertise will empower us to deliver scalable, quality ERP solutions that drive real business value.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and customize D365FO solutions using X++, C#, .NET, and Microsoft’s extension framework.
  2. Enhance standard D365FO functionalities with custom objects, extensions, and event-driven programming.
  3. Build and maintain integrations with external systems via Data Entities, OData, custom APIs, and DMF for data migration.
  4. Create and manage SSRS and Power BI reports to facilitate insightful business analytics.
  5. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues, providing robust and sustainable solutions.
  6. Drive environment management, code deployment, and automation using Azure DevOps and LCS.
  7. Collaborate asynchronously with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  8. Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and the creation of thorough technical documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 5–8 years of hands-on experience in D365 Finance and Operations technical development.
  3. Strong command of X++, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and Dynamics 365 FO architecture.
  4. Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and source control management tools.
  5. Proficiency in developing and supporting custom SSRS and Power BI reports.
  6. Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration frameworks.
  7. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills—essential for our async, documentation-first culture.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience supporting ERP rollouts in large, multi-entity organizations.
  2. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft technologies.
  3. Proactive approach to staying current with Microsoft updates and industry best practices.
