Job Summary:


Join our customer's team as a Law & Insurance Specialist, where your legal and insurance expertise will directly contribute to the next generation of AI-powered solutions. As an integral part of an innovative AI agent project, you will provide critical insights to help train and refine AI models, ensuring accuracy and compliance in the legal and insurance domains.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, review, and annotate complex legal and insurance documents for AI training purposes.
  2. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to identify relevant legal and insurance concepts and edge cases.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and relevancy of legal and insurance data used in AI model development.
  4. Contribute subject matter expertise to the creation of training datasets and scenario simulation.
  5. Assess compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements within annotated materials and model outputs.
  6. Provide expert feedback to improve the AI agent’s understanding and performance regarding legal and insurance topics.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly via written reports and verbal presentations to cross-functional teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Advanced expertise in law, insurance policy interpretation, and risk assessment.
  2. Demonstrated experience working with legal and/or insurance documentation.
  3. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex topics accessibly.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in highly technical or regulated environments.
  5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote setting.
  6. Familiarity with AI technologies, data tagging, or model training processes is highly desirable.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in AI agent, legal tech, or insurance technology projects.
  2. Relevant certifications (JD, CPCU, or equivalent) or advanced degrees in law or insurance.
  3. Experience collaborating with engineering or product teams in a technology-driven environment.
