Job Title: Antitrust Law – AI Trainer (US Attorneys Only)

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as an Antitrust Law – AI Trainer and contribute directly to the development of advanced AI systems used for complex competition law analysis, enforcement reasoning, and regulatory interpretation. In this remote contract role, you will apply deep expertise in U.S. antitrust law to train, evaluate, and refine AI models that operate in high-risk, high-precision legal environments.

This role is designed exclusively for U.S. attorneys with formal legal education and hands-on experience in high-risk legal domains where accuracy, precedent, and ethical compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, assess, and validate AI-generated legal content related to U.S. antitrust law, including Sherman Act, Clayton Act, FTC Act, and relevant DOJ/FTC enforcement frameworks.
  • Create and refine training datasets, hypothetical scenarios, and legal reasoning prompts grounded in U.S. federal antitrust law and jurisprudence.
  • Identify analytical errors, legal inaccuracies, and competition-related risk issues, and propose precise, legally sound corrections.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in antitrust analysis, market definition, merger review, monopolization, and restraint-of-trade reasoning.
  • Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams to refine legal guidelines and ensure alignment with evolving antitrust standards and enforcement trends.
  • Ensure AI outputs comply with U.S. legal frameworks, ethical obligations, and professional conduct standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active or prior U.S. bar admission (state or federal).
  • Experience with DOJ Antitrust Division, FTC, state AG offices, or antitrust litigation.
  • Experience in merger control, investigations, compliance programs, or regulatory counseling.
  • Familiarity with legal review, AI quality evaluation, or structured legal annotation workflows.
  • Background in legal education, policy analysis, or training initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active or prior U.S. bar admission (state or federal).
  • Experience in litigation, regulatory enforcement, government practice, or complex investigations.
  • Familiarity with legal review, quality evaluation, or AI-assisted legal workflows.
  • Background in legal education, mentoring, or policy analysis.
