Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Mathematics Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping advanced academic content across a wide range of mathematical disciplines. This position is ideal for experts who are passionate about both deep mathematical theory and clear, impactful communication, eager to influence the education of future mathematicians and scientists.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, author, and review high-quality mathematics problems from undergraduate to postgraduate levels, ensuring they meet rigorous academic standards.
  2. Validate and meticulously verify solutions for accuracy, depth, and clarity across a variety of subfields.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the quality, structure, and pedagogical effectiveness of mathematical content.
  4. Work across diverse subdomains, including Algebra, Probability & Statistics, Calculus & Analysis, Discrete Mathematics, Number Theory, Geometry & Topology, ODE/PDE, Optimization, Numerical Mathematics, and more.
  5. Contribute to the design and refinement of challenging and innovative assessment materials.
  6. Ensure written and verbal communication meets high standards, fostering understanding and engagement.
  7. Stay current with advancements in mathematics education and apply best practices to content creation.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. PhD preferred/Master’s with 7+ years of relevant experience is considered.
  2. Proven expertise in one or more key mathematical subdomains such as Algebra, Probability, Discrete Mathematics, Analysis, Number Theory, or related areas.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a remote environment.
  5. Strong commitment to academic rigor, accuracy, and clarity in mathematical exposition.
  6. Collaborative mindset for working with interdisciplinary teams.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in academic publishing, research manuscript preparation, or textbook authoring.
  2. Background in standardized test development, content validation, or academic assessment design.
  3. Proficiency with LaTeX and other mathematical notation or content creation tools.
