Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AI trainers to articulate and validate best-practice sales scenarios and communication strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with industry standards.
- Deliver detailed written feedback on AI model outputs, focusing on real-world sales nuances and customer interactions.
- Continuously review and enhance AI model training materials based on evolving market trends and customer expectations.
- Share practical knowledge about sales workflows, customer engagement, and unique industry challenges.
- Champion high standards of written and verbal communication to inform AI development and refinement.

- Proven experience in selling services within industries other than advertising, insurance, financial services, and travel.
