Job Title: Scriptwriter

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft engaging, original scripts across various subjects and formats to support AI training initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and other creatives to understand script requirements and project goals.
  3. Ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance in all written content, maintaining a high standard of storytelling and information delivery.
  4. Review and revise scripts based on feedback, optimizing content for accuracy and tone.
  5. Translate complex concepts into accessible, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  6. Maintain a strong focus on deadlines and deliverables within a fast-paced, remote environment.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights and suggestions for content refinement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in scriptwriting for media, entertainment, education, or related fields.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Ability to express complex ideas clearly, concisely, and creatively.
  4. Strong research skills for developing accurate and relevant script content.
  5. Adaptability to different tones, styles, and formats as per project needs.
  6. Demonstrated reliability working independently in remote settings.
  7. Comfort with iterative feedback and willingness to refine work as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:
