Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to defined guidelines.
- Drive content assessments by running scripted and exploratory prompts to test model performance.
- Apply structured labeling criteria with a consistently high degree of precision and impartiality.
- Document observations and provide clear, actionable feedback to support ongoing research analysis.
- Maintain objectivity and professionalism when evaluating technical or potentially sensitive scenarios.
- Participate in calibration and feedback sessions to promote alignment and consistency within the evaluator team.
- Uphold safety standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of content evaluation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related hard science field.
- Exceptional technical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of safety principles relevant to engineering and scientific evaluations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and content assessment.
- Strong proficiency in English reading comprehension, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical or sensitive content with neutrality and professionalism.
- Comfort working on-site in Delhi and collaborating within a dedicated, research-focused team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in technical content evaluation, quality assurance, or research roles.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing applications.
