Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and coordinate the recruitment, deployment, and management of agricultural labor crews for diverse farm operations.
  2. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and safety regulations.
  3. Serve as the primary liaison between the customer’s team and laborers, facilitating clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  4. Maintain detailed documentation related to workforce management, contracts, and performance metrics.
  5. Implement best practices in workforce productivity, quality control, and workplace safety.
  6. Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise promptly and professionally.
  7. Contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement of labor contracting operations.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Farm Labor Contractor (this is the top criterion).
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on clarity and professionalism.
  3. In-depth knowledge of farm labor contracting, including legal compliance and workforce management.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and supervise diverse teams remotely.
  5. Proven organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
  6. Proficiency with technology tools for remote team management and communication.
  7. Strong problem-solving aptitude and dedication to high service standards.
