Key Responsibilities
- Model complex decision-making in production scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for AI training workflows.
- Validate and review training data to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and effective risk management.
- Provide subject matter expertise on plant operations, quality standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance AI datasets with your deep experience in lean manufacturing and production oversight.
- Collaborate closely with AI developers to ensure AI-driven processes reflect industry best practices.
- Document detailed production procedures and workflows to guide machine learning efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years in industrial production management (such as Production Manager, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor).
- Proven leadership in team management, operations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of production processes, KPIs, and rigorous quality control standards.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to document, review, and refine operational processes.
- A passion for sharing operational knowledge and collaborating remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with digital manufacturing tools, automation systems, or AI/ML technologies.
- Certifications or expertise in Six Sigma, lean methodologies, or industrial engineering.
- Experience mentoring teams, writing SOPs, or developing training manuals for production environments.
