Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Career/Technical Education Teacher specializing in secondary education, where you will play a pivotal role in training and refining artificial intelligence models. In this innovative position, your expertise in instructional methods and technical knowledge will directly contribute to the development of cutting-edge educational AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction to AI models by sharing your expertise in group and individual settings using lectures, discussions, and demonstrations as part of training datasets.
- Develop and provide high-quality, structured content reflecting real-world classroom scenarios, disciplinary approaches, and technical skill-building strategies.
- Establish and articulate clear rules and procedures for classroom management to simulate authentic secondary school environments for AI model training.
- Prepare diverse materials and virtual classroom setups to enhance the AI’s understanding of practical teaching workflows and instructional settings.
- Observe, analyze, and evaluate student (AI) responses, ensuring accurate feedback loops and contributing to the refinement of the training process.
- Instruct in a wide range of occupational skills and knowledge areas, ensuring comprehensive coverage of current and emerging career pathways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data quality and instructional integrity throughout the AI training cycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Career/Technical Education or related secondary school field.
- Demonstrated experience instructing teenagers in technical or occupational subjects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Proficient in planning, structuring, and evaluating lessons using a range of delivery methods.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills applicable to both traditional and virtual settings.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Comfort with remote, technology-driven work environments and willingness to adopt new AI-focused processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or digital curriculum development.
- Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on education technology projects.
- Familiarity with digital assessment and evaluation tools.
