Join our team as a Senior Digital Producer and drive the delivery of complex digital projects for leading clients. Leveraging your expertise in both project management and digital platforms, you’ll lead cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale website and CMS projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among designers, developers, UX/UI specialists, and clients across US-based and global accounts.

• Manage project scope, timelines, QA processes, and documentation for multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos, driving continuous improvement.

• Oversee JIRA boards, track sprint velocity, and maintain transparency of progress and blockers with stakeholders.

• Serve as a key point of contact for client communications, adeptly handling written and verbal interactions that build trust.

• Apply technical fluency to mediate between creative, technical, and business perspectives, ensuring deliverables meet exacting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment (non-negotiable), managing fast-paced and dynamic projects

• Proven leadership of complex, development-heavy website or CMS builds (beyond microsites or campaigns)

• Hands-on expertise with Contentful, WordPress, Drupal, AEM, and a deep understanding of frontend and backend workflows

• Mastery of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum or Kanban), with the ability to independently run key ceremonies

• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, GSuite, Slack, and Adobe Workfront.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for diverse audiences

• Demonstrated ability to juggle overlapping priorities and foster cross-team alignment in a hybrid work setup

Additional Info:

• Work hours: 8 hours per day, morning shift (Monday–Friday)

• Hybrid setup: Primarily remote, with onsite work in Pasig at least once per month
