Job Summary:

Join our team as a SAP SD Assistant Manager and drive the implementation, support, and upgrade of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions on S/4 HANA. This hybrid role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing order-to-cash business processes and delivering top-tier SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and facilitate SAP SD module implementation, support, and upgrades, focusing on seamless Order-to-Billing processes.
  2. Gather and analyze business requirements, preparing comprehensive TO-BE design documents.
  3. Manage end-to-end SAP SD implementations, including scope, design, build, and test phases, ensuring best practices and process optimization.
  4. Develop detailed configuration and functional documentation, including Unit and SIT test cases.
  5. Collaborate closely with technical consultants to realize custom RICEFW developments and deliver simple, optimal O2C business solutions.
  6. Provide expert support for Sales Order Management, Pricing & Billing, Revenue Recognition, and standard Fiori tiles for tasks and KPIs.
  7. Perform thorough root cause analysis and work with cross-module teams for effective issue resolution.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum two full-cycle SAP SD implementations (including S/4 HANA).
  3. Strong command of SAP S/4 HANA – Order to Cash, with robust understanding of the simplification list.
  4. Proven ability to prepare business process, configuration, and functional specification documents.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  7. SAP SD S/4 HANA Certification (must-have).


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior exposure to the service industry and experience with Variant Configuration.
  2. Experience in leading or mentoring high-performing teams and strategic initiatives.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and project communications effectively.
