Job Title: Strategic Project Lead (Robotics)

Your Role:
As a Strategic Projects Lead (Robotics), you will own robotics data pipelines end-to-end. You’ll manage everything from data capture to final delivery, ensuring high quality, scalability, and efficiency across the entire pipeline. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and finance, and play a key role in driving execution on complex, high-impact projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Own robotics data pipelines end-to-end with clear accountability for quality and delivery.
- Design and optimize large-scale data collection and processing pipelines.
- Scale operations by balancing cost, quality, and throughput.
- Deploy and manage hardware systems (multi-camera rigs, RGB/stereo/IMU sensors).
- Lead data transformation pipelines aligned with strict client schemas and formats.
- Identify bottlenecks and build automation for validation, QA, and reporting.
- Define and enforce capture protocols, workflows, and operational standards.
- Translate client requirements into executable systems and processes.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to drive execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.
- Hands-on with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera setups.
- Analytical and systems-oriented; able to optimize cost vs speed vs quality.
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, storage, and delivery systems.
- Proven ability to define schemas, protocols, and operational standards.
- Track record of driving cross-functional execution and improving systems.
- High ownership, fast execution, and comfort in ambiguous environments.
Preferred:
- Experience scaling robotics data operations from pilot to production.
- Built internal tools for data validation, QA, or pipeline automation.
- Experience working directly with clients on technical data requirements.
