Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, curate, and validate high-quality biological data sets to train and refine AI models.
2. Apply advanced biological knowledge to annotate complex data and ensure scientific precision.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define project requirements and optimize data workflows.
4. Evaluate and provide feedback on AI model outputs to improve accuracy and relevance in life sciences applications.
5. Document processes, methodologies, and outcomes with clear and effective written communication.
6. Uphold best practices in data management, integrity, and confidentiality throughout AI training processes.
7. Assist in designing and executing experiments to test and enhance AI capabilities within biological domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. MSc. or PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in biological research, data analysis, or data-driven projects.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clarity and precision.
4. Demonstrated analytical rigor and critical thinking in scientific problem-solving.
5. Proficiency in data management and annotation, ideally within AI or machine learning contexts.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of scientific accuracy.
7. Comfort working independently in a fully remote, collaborative digital environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience training, validating, or working directly with AI or machine learning models in the life sciences.
