Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter Trainee


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage dynamic recruitment pipelines leveraging data-driven strategies and AI-powered tools.
  2. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  3. Analyze candidate data and market trends to inform recruitment decisions and enhance process efficiency.
  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and align on cultural fit.
  5. Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, to engage candidates and internal teams.
  6. Continuously identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition workflows and implement best practices.
  7. Embody the operator mindset by adapting to new challenges and taking ownership of innovative recruitment solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Fresh graduate or final-year student with a data-centric academic background (Psicology, Business, Analytics, etc.).
  2. Demonstrated experience or coursework in recruitment pipeline management, project management, or process optimization.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a passion for making data-driven decisions.
  4. Exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.
  6. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Demonstrated eagerness to learn, coachability, and commitment to personal and team growth.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Exposure to AI or automation technologies.
  2. Proven adaptability in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
