Job Title: Visual Designer - AI Trainer
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Visual Designer - AI Trainer to evaluate AI-generated images for consistency, style accuracy, and identity preservation. In this role, you will use your expertise in visual hierarchy and brand consistency to ensure that the AI-generated visuals meet artistic expectations and maintain the essential identity attributes of input images.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated images for style alignment, ensuring outputs align with the desired artistic style.
- Assess identity preservation across factors like skin tone, gender, age, pose, body shape/size, and hair.
- Apply evaluation criteria for various styles such as 3D, Anime, Baroque, and more.
- Utilize a structured rating system to provide consistent feedback on style expression.
- Employ binary ratings to assess identity preservation on applicable attributes.
- Recognize tolerable minor inconsistencies based on stylization levels.
- Provide qualitative feedback on significant errors impacting visual harmony or accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in design, art, animation, illustration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of visual styles, artistic movements, and character design.
- Ability to critically assess images based on predefined criteria.
- Experience with AI-generated art is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and provide clear, structured feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in evaluating AI-generated images for brand consistency.
- Proficiency in various artistic styles and their application in digital media.
