Key Responsibilities


  1. Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple platforms and databases.
  2. Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements.
  4. Safeguard confidential information in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  5. Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
  6. Assist with data migration and cleanup initiatives as needed.
  7. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance data entry procedures.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. 1-3 years of experience in a data entry, records management, or administrative role.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
