Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Healthcare Finance Modelling Expert and play a key role in shaping AI systems for real-world financial healthcare data. You’ll seed, structure, and enhance messy datasets, ensuring AI models accurately interpret complex finance artifacts from the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Seed and annotate broad, messy, real-world spreadsheets for AI model development.
2. Work with partial models and ambiguous inputs to guide model learning and refinement.
3. Curate and normalize finance-related healthcare datasets for machine learning training.
4. Provide finance-adjacent context to ambiguous data artifacts and in-the-wild documents.
5. Collaborate with the team to iterate on seeding flows—starting with data, then structuring later.
6. Document best practices and communicate insights to improve AI outcomes.
7. Support AI system evaluation by reconstructing or extending partially structured data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related financial domains.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
3. Familiarity with real-world spreadsheets and financial data artifacts.
4. Ability to manage ambiguity and work with limited upfront instructions.
5. Comfortable with iterative data seeding and normalization processes.
6. Proficiency working independently in a remote setting.
7. Eligibility to work in the US, Canada, UK, or EU.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience contributing to AI training or data annotation projects.
