Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Healthcare Finance - AI Trainer and play a key role in shaping AI systems for real-world financial healthcare data. You’ll seed, structure, and enhance messy datasets, ensuring AI models accurately interpret complex finance artifacts from the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seed and annotate broad, messy, real-world spreadsheets for AI model development.
• Work with partial models and ambiguous inputs to guide model learning and refinement.
• Curate and normalize finance-related healthcare datasets for machine learning training.
• Provide finance-adjacent context to ambiguous data artifacts and in-the-wild documents.
• Collaborate with the team to iterate on seeding flows—starting with data, then structuring later.
• Document best practices and communicate insights to improve AI outcomes.
• Support AI system evaluation by reconstructing or extending partially structured data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related financial domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with real-world spreadsheets and financial data artifacts.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work with limited upfront instructions.
• Comfortable with iterative data seeding and normalization processes.
• Proficiency working independently in a remote setting.
• Eligibility to work in the US, Canada, UK, or EU.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience contributing to AI training or data annotation projects.
• Background in machine learning, data science, or healthcare analytics.
