Job Summary

We are looking for our VP of Research to lead our company’s global AI research strategy. In this role, you will oversee multiple research initiatives, projects, and labs, driving innovation and shaping how we contribute to the broader AI ecosystem.


What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term research vision.
  • Build and lead world-class research teams across multiple domains.
  • Partner with leading AI labs, universities, and industry collaborators.
  • Translate research breakthroughs into product and business impact.
  • Represent the company in top research and industry forums.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience building and scaling research organizations.
  • Strong presence in the AI research community (publications, collaborations, thought leadership).
  • Ability to balance scientific exploration with business strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Nice to have

  • Expertise in RL environments, RLHF or Robotics (real-world data).
