Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Data Scientist, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing an AI training project. Leverage your expertise to solve complex data challenges, contribute to groundbreaking model development, and drive impactful results in an innovative remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models for AI training initiatives.
  2. Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to guide project strategies and decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  4. Evaluate the efficacy of data-driven solutions through rigorous validation and performance testing.
  5. Document methodologies, findings, and procedures with clarity and precision for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Maintain high standards of data quality, privacy, and security throughout all project phases.
  7. Continuously research and integrate cutting-edge data science techniques and tools into project workflows.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with a proven track record in AI/ML projects.
  2. Expert proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and model building.
  3. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
  5. Experience working with large-scale, structured and unstructured datasets.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fully remote setting.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to detail, curiosity, and a passion for delivering data-driven solutions.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience contributing to or leading AI training projects.
  2. Background in deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning frameworks.
  3. Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and model deployment tools (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
