Job Title: Motion Designer AI Trainer

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Motion Designer AI Trainer and help pioneer the next generation of AI-driven motion design. You’ll blend your artistic expertise with technical insight, training AI systems to emulate top-tier animation and shape the creative future of digital motion. Bring your passion for visual storytelling and your talent for clear communication to an advanced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create concise motion briefs, storyboards, and timing charts that communicate style, tempo, and emotional intent to both creative and technical teams.
  • Critique AI-generated motion outputs, delivering focused and actionable feedback on timing, composition in time, and visual continuity.
  • Translate motion design problems into clear, prioritized project requirements for engineering and data teams, identifying key failure modes.
  • Document production constraints, preferred workflows, and technical standards such as frame rates, easing presets, and render pipelines.
  • Stay current with evolving motion design trends and proactively propose experimental approaches to expand model capabilities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven professional motion design and animation experience, with a strong showreel demonstrating your expertise.
  • Deep mastery of animation principles including timing, spacing, easing, and continuity.
  • Demonstrated strength in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate creative decisions into clear, concise briefs.
  • Proven ability to adhere to visual hierarchy and established style guides while innovating within set parameters.
  • Experience in creative strategy and in providing actionable, constructive feedback to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineering and data science teams to influence dataset and product priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in training or guiding others in creative technologies.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
