Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform thorough manual testing to uncover functional, usability, and performance issues.
- Implement and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Document test results, report bugs with clarity, and track issues through to resolution.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and quality standards across the team.
- Communicate findings and progress proactively through detailed written and verbal updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in manual and automation testing of web and/or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with common QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter).
- Proficient in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote, distributed team environment.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Background in API testing and performance testing methodologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
