Job Summary


Join our customer’s team as a QA Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will leverage your expertise in both manual and automation testing to identify issues, drive improvements, and maintain the reliability and performance of our solutions. Key Responsibilities


  1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
  2. Perform thorough manual testing to uncover functional, usability, and performance issues.
  3. Implement and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
  5. Document test results, report bugs with clarity, and track issues through to resolution.
  6. Contribute to continuous process improvements and quality standards across the team.
  7. Communicate findings and progress proactively through detailed written and verbal updates.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Proven experience in manual and automation testing of web and/or mobile applications.
  2. Familiarity with common QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter).
  3. Proficient in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote, distributed team environment.
  7. Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.



Preferred Qualifications


  1. Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
  2. Background in API testing and performance testing methodologies.
  3. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
