Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and offer effective solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy while maintaining company standards.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment by sharing feedback and supporting peers.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate with or without BPO Experience
- Conversant in English
- Wiling to work on shifting schedule
