Job Summary
Join our team as a (M365) Adoption Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation through the effective adoption of Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions. You will evaluate, strategize, and lead the organization-wide implementation, ensuring measurable improvements through robust change management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current M365 usage and maturity, identifying gaps and setting clear success metrics and KPIs.
- Lead and oversee organizational adoption of M365 applications, building a network of champions and best practice advocates.
- Design and deliver dynamic training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns tailored for users, champions, and leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align M365 adoption with broader business needs and digital strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on adoption rates and business impact using data-driven methods and user feedback.
- Provide hands-on support for M365 troubleshooting, optimization of licenses, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Stay abreast of M365 and industry trends, advising on innovative features and digital workplace enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 apps and services, with strong knowledge of MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Viva, MS Intune, and Identity & Access Management.
- 3-5 years’ experience leading M365 adoption or change initiatives in large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR and Kotter.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to evaluate adoption and engagement metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, innovative, and agile approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, change management, or project management.
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Exposure to additional change frameworks such as Bridges.
