Job Title: Construction Specialist

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your technical knowledge to evaluate and annotate construction procedures and workflows for AI training purposes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive project scenarios and solution sets.
- Contribute expert feedback on project management documentation and process optimization tasks.
- Identify and address gaps in AI understanding of construction practices by providing detailed written and verbal input.
- Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with current industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with a remote, multidisciplinary team to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Document key findings, methodologies, and process improvements for future training iterations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced technical knowledge of contemporary construction methods, tools, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities within construction environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when navigating complex scenarios.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
- Experience in coordinating teams or collaborating across functions in a professional capacity.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Proficient in documenting technical processes and providing actionable feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, or technology-driven construction projects.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, OSHA).
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in remote collaboration and construction documentation.
