Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces using JavaScript and modern front-end technologies.
  2. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  3. Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
  4. Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into functional, interactive features.
  5. Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases, ensuring best coding practices.
  6. Write clear, maintainable documentation for components and features.
  7. Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proficient in JavaScript, with demonstrable front-end development experience.
  2. Deep understanding of web standards, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  4. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  5. Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
  2. Background in accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization.
  3. Comfortable working in agile, distributed teams.
