Job Summary:

Join our team as a SAP SD Consultant and play a pivotal role in driving high-impact SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions for our clients. You will lead the implementation, support, and upgrade of SAP SD modules, with a strong focus on S/4HANA environments. This hybrid role offers a dynamic blend of hands-on SAP SD project work and close client collaboration, fostering both technical excellence and comprehensive business process understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate SAP SD module implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support, specializing in the Order-to-Billing process.

• Analyze complex business process requirements, identify and document customer needs, and deliver effective system solutions.

• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical strategies.

• Design, customize, configure, and rigorously test SAP SD processes and modules to meet unique client objectives.

• Liaise with clients and technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide expert consultation.

• Document functional designs, test cases, and solution outcomes to ensure clarity and project continuity.

• Proactively recommend and drive process improvements or system enhancements, supporting both new implementations and existing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• SAP SD S/4HANA Certification is a must.

• Demonstrated expertise in SAP SD and extensive knowledge of the Order-to-Billing lifecycle.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven analytical abilities and confident in leading client workshops and presentations.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure within tight deadlines.

• Strong team player who can work independently and as a subject matter mentor.

• Solid understanding of business processes from a customer-centric perspective.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Professional Services or Distribution environments.

• Previous involvement in end-to-end SAP project implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to foster high-performance teams and collaborate across organizational levels.
