Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Software Developer , where you will drive impactful integrations and enhancements across a dynamic technology ecosystem. Collaborate on projects involving industry-leading tools, bringing technical leadership and innovative solutions to complex software challenges. Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain integrations across a diverse set of platforms including any one from Mailchimp, Ramp, SAP, Slack, Stripe, ServiceNow, Intercom, Salesforce, GDrive, Asana, Razorpay, Basecamp, Buffer, Box, PagerDuty, Sentry, Hootsuite, Monday, Gorgias, Zendesk, and custom apps.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that improve business workflow and productivity.
3. Lead technical planning, code reviews, and architectural decisions to ensure best practices in software development life cycle.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues promptly, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
5. Develop documentation and training materials to support system adoption and knowledge transfer.
6. Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools.
7. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Expertise in integrating and developing any one platforms such as Mailchimp, MS Teams, SAP, Slack, Gmail, Stripe, ServiceNow, Intercom, Salesforce, and similar cloud-based applications.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
3. Strong experience with API integrations, cloud services, and third-party application workflows.
4. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
6. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
7. Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and guide implementation from concept to deployment.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience working in environments leveraging multiple SaaS platforms concurrently.
2. Certifications or advanced training in cloud integration or relevant technologies.
3. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional or remote teams.
