Job Summary:

Join our team as a Motion Design & 3D Animation specialist, where you'll shape captivating visual narratives that drive engagement across digital platforms. This role is perfect for a creative professional who excels in taking projects from concept through final render, breathing life and emotion into every pixel. As an essential member of the creative process, you will collaborate closely with designers to transform static visuals into compelling animated experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full motion design and 3D animation process from concept to final delivery.
• Create original animations for hero visuals, UI, and interactive website assets.
• Collaborate with designers to add movement, depth, and narrative to static designs.
• Animate assets ranging from simple graphics to complex scenes, aligned with brand style.
• Produce video and motion content for digital campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain consistent aesthetic and high-quality standards.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in 3D animation, motion design, and video production.
• Portfolio showing motion graphics and 3D work from concept through execution.
• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into compelling motion visuals.
• Experience working with design teams to animate UI and product visuals.
• High attention to detail and storytelling.

Preferred:

• Experience creating interactive web assets.
• Understanding of motion for UI/UX.
• Background in agency and/or product design environments.
