Job Summary:

Join our team as a Senior Automation Test Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of innovative digital products. You will architect, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for both UI and API testing, ensuring seamless integration into advanced CI/CD pipelines. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by elevating quality standards, mentoring fellow QA engineers, and driving excellence in product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable UI and API automation frameworks using industry-leading tools.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, and DevOps—to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead and execute automated and manual testing for complex workflows, ensuring optimal test coverage and risk mitigation.
• Drive performance and regression testing initiatives, utilizing tools like Apache Jmeter and Postman.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for defects and promote best practices in bug prevention and resolution.
• Continuously enhance CI/CD processes to enable efficient and reliable test automation integration.
• Mentor and upskill junior QA engineers, fostering a quality-centric mindset across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in QA, with a proven track record in both manual and automation testing.
• Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, WebDriverIO, and Postman for end-to-end automation.
• Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript; comfortable with Java or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Jmeter for performance testing and analysis.
• Advanced understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into release cycles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration and documentation.
• Ability to overlap at least 4 hours daily with PST time zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on AI-based products or with AI-driven testing tools.
• Background in designing scalable QA solutions for complex or distributed systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring QA professionals and improving testing processes.
