Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test cases for UI and API testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to drive quality-first practices and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead performance and regression testing initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and validating system robustness.
• Conduct thorough root-cause analysis of defects and advocate for best practices in bug prevention and resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Document clear, actionable test plans and communicate findings with precision across cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the continuous expansion and improvement of test coverage for complex, cutting-edge products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance with a strong emphasis on UI and API testing.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and expertise with modern automated testing tools.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test script development and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and embedding test automation within them.
• Skilled in performance testing and regression analysis of intricate workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of delivering clear and concise documentation and feedback.
• Ability to work remotely with a minimum of 4 hours daily overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI-based products or leveraging AI-driven testing tools.
• Background in mentoring or coaching QA professionals within agile development teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for continuous process improvement.
