Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented AI Data Trainer with a robust background in business or science, equipped with remarkable analytical skills. The ideal candidate will create and enhance multilingual content in French OR German OR Spanish, leveraging their ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, understandable material.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and well-structured reasoning questions and answers.
- Simplify complex ideas into clear, easy-to-understand content.
- Work on an annotation platform to create and refine content directly within the system.
- Ensure accuracy and logical consistency in all written material.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve content quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to align on project goals and requirements.
- Follow specific guidelines and standards for content creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in business, science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve development processes and training data quality.
- Ability to break down complex ideas into simple, understandable content.
- Attention to detail to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Experience in content creation or educational writing is a plus.
