Job Summary:

Join our team as a SAP MDM (Data Migration) Senior Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping successful SAP data migration projects for leading organizations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP.

• Create, configure, and manage SAP BODS jobs, workflows, and data flows, including source and target table management and data refreshes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-geography and multi-functional teams, driving discussions and providing expert guidance.

• Execute and oversee data migration for SAP BW/BI, FICO, SRM, SD, and MM modules, including performance of data refreshes prior to mocks and integration testing.

• Utilize IDOC, LSMW, and LTMC tools for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Generate and analyze preload and post-load reports to ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps data conversion, ensuring business rules are accurately implemented in SAP BODS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 full end-to-end SAP implementation projects involving data migration.

• Expert in SAP MDM and SAP BODS, including hands-on experience with Data Integrator and Platform transforms.

• Strong experience with IDOC, BAPI, LTMC, and LSMW.

• Proven ability to interpret, configure, and implement data mapping and transformation business rules.

• Experience in data migration and reporting across multiple SAP modules (BW/BI, FICO, SRM, SD, MM).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of driving discussions with global counterparts.

• Ability to manage and provide detailed preload and post-load data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with LTMOM.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps integration.

• Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale data migration projects.
